Dunkin' - Pine Point

I want to share my positive experience at the Walmart Dunkin' Donuts in South Portland, Maine. The young man working there this morning was truly wonderful! He was incredibly sweet, efficient, and kind. Even though he was alone (which seems to happen often at this location), he never complained. He was about to head out on his break but still took my order without hesitation. The customer service I received was outstanding, and he deserves to be recognized for it! I apologize for not knowing his name, but this was on Monday, January 27th, at 9:00 a.m., so I'm sure you can find out who he is from the records. He is a fantastic asset to the company!

The restaurant opens and closes at inconsistent times, which can be quite frustrating. The staff seem apathetic and unwelcoming. I would recommend avoiding this place for a better dining experience elsewhere!

Today, I stopped by for my usual coffee before doing some shopping, which can be hit or miss. There were about three people ahead of me, and although there was a bit of a wait, it wasn't a big deal. However, when it was my turn, I quickly noticed that there was only one person working—the manager. I could see she was overwhelmed, but her attitude was rude, not just to me but to others as well. The man before me received an iced coffee instead of the hot one he ordered, and she even yelled at the customers behind me, complaining that she was going on a break and asking if they couldn't see the sign indicating her break after assisting me. When I finally got my coffee, it was incorrect. I had ordered a medium coffee with blueberry and caramel, but I got just plain coffee. Honestly, I won’t be returning.

Ordered green tea, hot tea with cream, coffee. Green tea served in ice Wrong! Hot tea took 5 min Wrong served with out cream. Took 7 min to get cream added. Ordered hot decaffeinated tea 10 minutes for that Wrong order not decaf. Terrible! Go toStarbucks!!

The person working was very rude he didn't know how to make a drink and told me that it was a star bucks coffee and this is a dunkin donuts it was an almond joy ice coffee and it's one of dd specialty drinks. He made it wrong after I told him how to makeit he was very rude I will not go there again how can someone who works for dd bot know how to make a specialty drink it's likea dd signature drink. Sorry excuse for a dd I'm very upset.
