Contribuisci feedbackWhy bother ordering online when they always mess it up?! How many times do I have to say it...today's burrito was supposed to have cheese but they didn't add ANY cheese. I paid extra for Guacamole again and got ZERO Guacamole. They need to hire someone who actually cares or can read! This isn't the first time they've shortchanged us. If I pay for something and don't receive it, that's considered being ripped off. Update: The link from Chipotle asking me to contact them is not working. Shaking my head (SMH).
I can't believe that at 8:20pm, they were out of tortillas, white rice, black or pinto beans, vegetables, and sour cream. The remaining food looked dry and unappetizing.
I was there at 7PM and it took a couple minutes for any of the staff to notice I was there. they let me know they were out of rice… at 7:09 pm?
Literally ALWAYS runs out of every ingredient. Don’t come after lunch cuz they won’t have anything to serve you.
Thanksgiving day, an hour for restaurant to close, all Ingredients were low and they don’t want to make more .
