Manhattan Chicago Pizza - Pinecrest

This is one of my favorite places for pizza. I really love the food, and the prices are quite reasonable.

The service took a long time, and the pizza was quite disappointing. The cheese was barely melted, and there was an item missing from my order.

The pizza is consistently amazing! I've tried many places, but theirs is the best by far!

I used to really enjoy this place, but my recent experience with the pizza was disappointing. It tasted like cardboard covered in cheese. The mozzarella sticks were also a letdown; they were just hard lumps of cheese that I ended up throwing away. I was informed that my order would take 45 minutes, so I arrived at that time. Maybe the food was ready sooner and lost quality while waiting? I'm not exactly sure. Overall, I would rate the food 1 out of 5.

I’ll begin with the food, which was quite disappointing. The garlic knots were not the traditional ones; they were instead just tough pieces of bread drenched in oil. Additionally, Alfredo, an employee, was very rude and unprofessional. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the food, he dismissed me by saying it wasn't his problem. If it were possible to give zero stars, I certainly would. Overall, I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.
