After the long wait outside to pickup my online order for crutches, I hobbled inside to Customer Service. Tim was understanding and he walked to the Pickup area, across the store, and brought my order to me while I sat. I was surprised how pleasant they all were, despite not always having the most happy customers. Thanks you, Tim!
I don't recommend their grocery pick up option. It can't be trusted. I was almost taken for 30$ worth of groceries. Not only did they not offer replacements; the groceries were missing BUT I was CHARGED for them and for the items they did offer replacements the replacements weren't there and I was CHARGED for those too!!! My kids unpacked the groceries...if I wasn't using the groceries to make dinner tonight I might not have noticed at all! Now I have to go back out after already having made a trip. So much for my easy Friday. : Edit: Day after go to make breakfast and find the breakfast sausage I ordered was slimy and rotten smelling. Wth with this order!
No scalloped potatoes, Lipton vegetable seasoning mix, and fresh rutabagas on shelves but most shelves were pretty-well stocked. Not enough cashiers but one more finally opened up after long lines were forming. Love how you are putting up signs over each aisle so we can find things faster!
Walmart continues to upgrade and improve this store. They have made it even much faster to checkout no matter how large or small your basket is. Keep it up!!
I ordered groceries through the app yesterday, and they informed me there would be a two-hour delay. I rescheduled for between noon and 1 PM, but now they've announced another two-hour delay. Every time I call the store, they hang up on me. This has been a terrible experience! They don't even deserve one star, but that was the only way to leave a review. My order, along with many others, was supposedly prepared the day before, but the meat was spoiled and they still wanted us to take it. We refused. Many other customers were there, voicing their complaints about their orders as well. They seem to have no drivers available, so I advise against placing any orders.
