Grand Canyon Spur Steak Ranch

This is undoubtedly my favorite branch among all the Spur locations! The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the quality of the food is outstanding—both in taste and presentation. Even on the busiest days, the service is quick and efficient. What I appreciate most is that this level of service is consistent every time I visit. I have no complaints at all! The atmosphere created by the team is fantastic. I absolutely love it!

We had a disappointing meal last week at Spur Pinetown. Afterward, we called the manager to express our concerns. Gareth, the manager, asked us to come back and give them another chance. I must say, well done to Gareth for turning a negative situation into a positive one! Our meal tonight was fantastic—definitely the best we've ever had at Spur. I have been a fan of Spur for decades, ever since I was a child. Throughout my memorable experiences, no other Spur has provided me with the exceptional service like Grand Canyon Spur. During my last visit, I even asked one of the waitstaff about the franchise owner, and she told me that they emphasize great customer service and excellent phone etiquette, even for inquiries. I'm a regular there, visiting on the 15th and 25th of every month to enjoy their delicious meals, which are always served promptly. Keep up the great work and continue to make us happy, as we are proud members of the Grand Canyon family!
