Mcdonald's - Pineville

I left this restaurant without getting food in 2021, but I've noticed improvements this year. While they still seem to be operating below capacity, they're clearly doing their best. The mobile app for placing orders now includes a lot more details and offers. I encountered some issues with the burger I ordered, but they resolved it quickly. Overall, everything was handled professionally.

It wasn't very busy at 11 am on Sunday. They have everything down to a science. I was in and out of my ride in under 5 minutes.

During a very short stint as a fry cook, I was expressly told that the managers do not talk to the other workers about my salary. They even said they'd let someone go recently. National Labor Relations Act says that this is illegal and managers should be ashamed of there to keep people in poverty.

The food was good, but the manager at the service was very rude and evil and will not go there again. I spent almost $30 there and for them to be something syrup!!! She has to be fired and I mean ASAP!!!

I miss food for which I was charged. Staff of Rue Essen received was wrong food was simply thrown together. I wish they had a negative star because they were not worth the 1 star. On many occasions....this is absolutely the last time we go there.
