Contribuisci feedbackTERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered through the app but waited almost 10 minutes at the window, no apologies, even though there were 3 people inside and I was the only person in both lines. Ordered 2 of the same smoothies and they tasted different, do better.
Just left Smoothie King. Ordered a chocolate Lean1. It’s what I always order. The girl hands it to me and I say, “ This is a chocolate Lean 1? Sure doesn’t look like it.” She says “Mmhmm, have a good day.” And she closed the window in my face. It’s not a chocolate Lean1. There’s no chocolate in at at all. It tastes like over sweetened banana pudding. It’s nasty and I can’t drink it. She was rude and I’m not in the mood to deal with rude children. Very disappointed in Smoothie King and I won’t be back to that location any time soon.
Everybody there is very nice...the one younger worker by the name of “Jacob O’Banion” handed me my smoothie with a smile and said to”have a good day”Even the smoothie I ordered (strawberry Kiki) tasted amazing
I did an online order for smoothie king and was supposed to order at the one in kingsville but didn’t pay attention and ended up ordering at the one on Jackson st. the manager of the Jackson st store called the store in kingsville and told them to make it for! Everyone was so sweet and so helpful even tho the mistake was 100% my fault!!
Took approximately 17 minutes to get a single small smoothie PRE ORDERED thru the app. Pathetic.
