Burger King - Piney Flats

Ordered with my reward points and went to pick it up. When I noticed the order not on the counter I asked an employee who stated she “didn’t know where the order is”. After confirming it was the correct store the female employee stated “that’s never happened before” then walks away towards the drive through further ignoring me. Employees looked methed out. Use to be a good place

I am well aware that everyone has bad days, but the costumer service here is unlike anything i’ve seen. The cashier didn’t put the drink on my cup, and watched it pour all over me without a single bit of remorse.

I go here every morning for breakfast and I get the same thing 2 bacon egg and cheese croissant and lg dr pepper. These two people always make my morning and it is Adam and Amanda. If it wasn't for them then I honestly would stop going thank you for all the hard work. And I will keep coming as long as you 2 are

Burger King's food, no matter which location, has been under par lately. Service is usually good and it is clean. If I'm working, and we decide we want fast food for lunch ... The only way I will choose Burger King over anywhere else.... Is if it's the only option that is reasonable distance from my job site.
