Contribuisci feedbackI went to the restaurant and had a good experience overall, but I've had issues with my last two orders—specifically, they burned the chocolate chip cookie. The Breakfast Bagel is fantastic, but I just can't understand why I keep getting a burnt chocolate chip cookie!
When I visited, I noticed there were nine staff members present, but only one was taking orders. The poor girl apologized to customers and mentioned she was new. It was frustrating that no one else stepped in to assist with orders, especially with a line out the door.
While the staff is friendly and seems to care about customer service, the quality of service leaves much to be desired. For instance, only half-and-half is available for coffee, and when I ordered three different sandwiches and two bagels, they weren't even toasted as I requested. They were not warm enough, either. Additionally, the dining area was closed, which made it inconvenient as hand washing is now an essential part of the dining experience. I don't visit often, but each time I do, something is either missing from my order or there’s an issue with it.
A pretty busy place here. Many people work and the lines move quickly. The staff here is friendly and patience for a newbie as I tried to find out their system. Their bagels are an acquired taste, more on the hard side, but their cream cheese spread selection are unique with many varieties.
I 'm really sad with how this shop has started running. For a while, especially during COVID, this Noah 's was the best place to get a great bagel both delivered and in person. But the last 6 months or so have been terrible, culminating in this morning. Their Doordash interface is wrong no option to have your bagel toasted and missing everyday items like chocolate chip bagels, and even though I 've reached out multiple times I 'm always told thru can 't do anything. Well, someone has to get those menus in the system. I 'd understand for same day problem, but this has been months now. I called the store this morning to ask about a bagel that I know is a regular maker. The woman went to ask her manager, and I heard the woman she spoke with say "we can 't do anything special. She just needs to come in or is her problem. Then the first woman, without actually passing the message on, just hung up on me. I 've also had multiple deliveries of untoasted bagels with cream cheese, but some were toasted even though there 's supposed to be continuity in what is delivered. Basically, you don 't know what you 're getting, and as someone who relies on delivery, to not even get a bagel toasted is .... Just Messed up. EDIT: I 've reached out per NB 's request, and will see how things turn out. !h
