This restaurant is a definitiw experience! the environment is a historical saloon from the wild west days. we ate and had drinks in the bar, since the restaurant was full. I propose to keep up. note that the restaurant is closed on Sundays due to its law. I had a buffalo burger that is amazing! buffalo meat is low in fat, so they must be careful how they cook it. they have this up to a science, because it was tasteful and juicy, not dry at all! they can get a pfeffer on it. what I recommend! I also have their green chili stew, which is also one of their signatures and is also excellent at a previous visit! my friend had prime rib that she also loved. the service was amazing! maria was our server and even though she was also at the bar, she stopped with her station and the bar! She was also very personal and a really nice person with lots of energy! She mule also made me brilliant! the restaurant is connected to the old opernhaus, which everyone should check! it's really cool to see! I really recommend this place!
My wife and I buy house in silver town and the realtor brought us here to dinner. maria was our server she was totally brilliant. that was amazing. minks, the chef came, imagined and chatted it for a little. he was a super solid guy and cook. the whole experience was only phenomenal and such a large group of people. we come back and visit for everyone else this restaurant must try!
Classic, highly polished, dark wood interior saloon bar. it is bigger in the inner than it looks outside and serves a complete menu. Just go up and grab her horse outside and kick her back in the time.
Such a cool place! Worth the drive if you are in the area. Great staff!
