El Tequila Mexican Grill - Piqua

If it wasn't for our very friendly waitress, I wouldn't have anything positive to say. The food had no taste and it was hardly warm. We talked to a manager about our experience and she didn't even apologize. She insisted it was fresh food. Our waitress was a very sweet blonde woman. We will not return.

The food was great, fast and service was AMAZING. The view was breathtaking, the leaves change and the river was clear. We visited on Thursday it was karaoke and lady night. And try the Margarita Sampler.

We decided to try this restaurant tonight after we realized that our favorite Mexican restaurant was closed tonight. The service was so bad. 4 of the servers (including our waitress) sat at a table 2 tables above us (we could see them), they sat, laughing, read their phones and ate their dinner, while several articles we ordered never gave us refills, brought our meals at different times and never checked for us. A waitress came by (not to acknowledge) turned the TV next to us to an extremely loud music video and we could never hear each other talking.(we were the only ones in there). We're pretty sure they did that so they could have a good time. The experience was not pleasant and simply strange. This place was one and done for us. I suggest going somewhere else, but here.

Many times sat in the old location and had a great service. I was 3 times in the new location and the service was terrible with this last time we went for lunch at 11:30. The two got only one order from Tacos. 30 minutes. The group of 4, who came after us, got their food. Finally, you realize that our waitress at the table eats chicken wings with her hands and goes out of the kitchen! We were told by another waitress that it was coming, but it was a great order. Needless to say we have gone without ever getting our food and will not be back.

This was a great Mexican restaurant. I really enjoyed the enchiladas and the margaritas here. I would definitely recommend. It was not too busy when we went on a Wednesday night.
