Contribuisci feedbackI'd give it a zero if I could. In the food industry for many years, I have been horrified by what I have experienced at the Piqua restaurant today. Who does that? I turned to the company, fortunately there are cameras. An employee thought it would be fun to reach her hand in a chicken pan and a handful of chicken over the line in my... Yes, my... chicken pan... instead of replacing the container on the line. Then it was humorous. I went home and threw it into the garbage, because I don't know what it touched..plus went into her brushed her hair. Who knows what else. She didn't even put half a spoon of rice. I had to ask for extra just to get the right amount they usually put in them. But what is the stake... I had to throw it away. The manager of duty Chelsea called her the general manager was still telling me to describe the person...then argued with me that nobody worked there with curly hair. Although I never said how curly. She has partial curls at the ends. But I didn't know at the time that I had to give a full description of the person before this manager would even take care. Never in my life have I seen a restaurant so unprofessional. They all have to be moved. That's the guy. You want to do business? Check out your latest reviews. You're terrible because your new staff just doesn't work well. Don't eat in this restaurant. Who knows what germs they put in your food. I'm not going to be back until I know they fixed this issue. Watch your food. everything I can say and the owners... real?? The last few reviews... excuse me... this is it?? Where is the resolution??
