We were, as a family, at Calliandra Bistrô and it was an unforgettable night!!! Chef Adriana was very attentive to us. Great! Excellent food, with great wine (Calliandra). A major highlight, however, is the service provided by the owner in a beautiful and relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely come back and refer friends.

We were very well received by the owner Adriana who with her friendliness explained the menu and the wine list of the region. We chose the wine named after the Bistro. Very good!!! For starters we had a delicious burrata with a very well seasoned salad. The main course was pasta stuffed with gorgonzola sauce and another with tomato sauce with ossobuco... very tasty indeed. And for dessert there was a brownie with ice cream, farofinha de baru with homemade jam. Excellent experience. For sure, next time in Pirenópolis, we will repeat this Bistro.
