The worst McDonald's I ever visit.!!!

With a problem with ordering by app, I was immediately and quickly helped by the friendly staff. That's how I came to my dinner. Thank you to the staff team there! You're great.

Our previous order was always a disaster... Always missing something...or was misunderstood..the usual...but then this one time: The speaker was German and very friendly (has never happened before) The order consisted of Chickenburgers with Bacon 2x, 20x Nuggets (Curry 2x, Süss Sauer 1x) A FiletoFish and a Bigmac menu For this, there are 2 medium and one big pommes and 2 cola and a small fanta. In the issue: A nice man came to us, has explained us where and in which bag all sauces are and what good appetite and beautiful day desired. 1. It didn't really miss. (That the papp straws have missed... thank you! 2. When we opened the bags, we found 3, most ordeal, sorted by size, rowed packs of pommes, none were lying. 3: In the next bag we found accurately stacked all burgers and they looked like photographs...the fish burger, looked like perfectly assembled! There was enough bacon on the other, and nothing fell out or something. And now an interesting final fact: Last time, we ordered extra Sour Cream for 20 nuggets, got as at the time 3 times sweet It is as if they knew that this sauce would have missed us last time, because this time it was undetected. We found it all if very creepy. Was also creepy that I haven't seen any foreigners anymore... so no obvious, that shouldn't sound degrading. But they were not there

We wanted to get some food through the drive-in. A very strong employee was very unfriendly, I believe it is essential to train skills in dealing with customers. He was only able to answer questions in unmatched tone. We're not coming back.

A new restaurant, but not at the end. It dreads when the automatic doors go up and down. But it's still slender, the eternal waiting period until you get your food. Yesterday I asked for 30 minutes when my food was ready. In response, I only got an unbelieving look and another employee was commissioned to finish my order because I already complained. Another 10 minutes later my order was brought, hot pommes and two cold Big Mac. The ambience is beautiful but the rest underground.
