Posto eccellente e insolito. Stavamo cercando qualcosa di locale e abbiamo trovato questo posto. Il menu è scritto a mano (un po 'difficile da decifrare) quindi abbiamo ordinato un po' ciecamente ma siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. Piatti molto diversi da quelli tipici ma deliziosi. It is always a pleasure to have dinner, or even just stop for a good wine and a chat at the Braque Bistrot, in the historic center of Pisa. With each visit we took a true sensorial journey. The last time, about a week ago, I tried a wonderful wheel of cheeses paired with two excellent Bordeaux. The owner, histrionic and sanguine, will be able to lead you as a good helmsman on your journey of flavours. In short, an absolutely recommended address. Correct prices. Very nice place! We enjoyed deciphering the hand written menu almost as much as the incredible food. Don't go in for a refined experience, but for friendly service, top notch food and and something different in the way of food. Big recommendation

Refined ingredients (without overdoing it), knowing how to cook and knowing how to serve the customer . That 's enough.
