Jia Plus Fusion Plus - Pitt Meadows

I am a tough critic when it comes to ramen, and I would drive long distances just to have a good bowl of ramen. This restaurant is located in Osprey Village in Pitt Meadows. It may be surprising to find a ramen restaurant in this area, but this place is actually a fusion restaurant offering espresso, lattes, tea, bubble tea, takoyaki, ramen, and wonton noodles. I know, it's a fusion restaurant. Don't knock it until you try it. The food here is great. The ramen may not be the best I've ever had, but it is decent and I love the atmosphere of this place. Eat and appreciate the coffee here. I was initially worried that the speck would make everything too salty, but not. the suppe tasted only fleshy, with the Umami factor of the cured pork and the “Schrooms”. I don't even have the best. have to pollute an extra dish, as this is a stew. they are the genies of the race, and I applaud their skills and their ingenuity.

We had the regular ram noodles and it had boarbs and a large rambow. I tried the regular hot sauce and I would recommend that they just go, as a very small part will burn their taste buds for the rest of the day. large meal

We love the smoothie slushies in jia. I always get the mango with the mango juicy boba and my man gets the blueberry with blueberry juicy boba. the two ladies who run it are super friendly and always very nice

Living close to this cafe is fantastic. The owners are super friendly and welcoming. The macarons are delicious, especially the vanilla bean, and don't miss out on trying their bubble tea. The mango flavor is my personal favorite!
