Bird in Hand Inn - PITT TOWN

They are biker friendly,The food there is the best and very large serves, staff are great. Will definitely go there again.

I visited a cozy pub that served good food at reasonable prices. There was live music on the day I went, but I found the group of bikers sitting at the front door a bit intimidating. I was also surprised to see security staff there during the day, which made me wonder why it was necessary. Despite these observations, I still had a pleasant visit.

I stopped by this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon with my wife to have some burgers. I ordered the Chicken Schnitzel Roll and she got the Aussie Beef Burger, both priced at $13.50. The portion sizes were really big, so make sure to come hungry (check out the photos). The restaurant itself could use a bit of updating, but it was clean and had a great atmosphere. There were some bistro tables inside, but plenty more outside in the large beer garden. Overall, it's a great spot for a local pub in Pitt Town.

I dined at this restaurant last night (26.2.2021), and was disappointed to find that the lambs fry and bacon was not available that evening. Instead, I opted for the sausages and vegetables with pepper sauce, which turned out to be fantastic and very enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion size of the meal, so I didn't miss having an appetizer. The beer was also served ice cold, which was a nice touch. Although we were just passing through, I would definitely become a regular customer if I lived nearby.

Friendly staff member from the moment we walked in. Lunch tasted great . Nice local country feel although not far out of the suburbs Highly recommend it .
