Contribuisci feedbackI wouldn’t order the nachos again. The waitress mistakenly brought me a taco salad, claiming they looked similar. That was my first clue. The bowl of chips was overcooked (yes, it was a bowl), the ground beef was dry, the cheese was overcooked and crunchy, and the salsa on the side was so dried out it was inedible. To top it off, the container of sour cream was only enough for about 5 or 6 chips. This is the second time I’ve visited and been disappointed with the food, and I’m not sure I’ll bother coming back for a third time.
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant thanks to their outstanding customer service. The staff was both professional and friendly, providing speedy and efficient service without compromising on quality. The atmosphere is warm and family-oriented, making it a welcoming place to dine. The location is clean and well-maintained, and the food is quite delicious!
When the manager finally came over, she asked what we wanted her to do. I mentioned that the food was too dry and explained that I didn't want to wait since I had a three-hour drive home. Instead of addressing our concerns, she said she couldn’t discount the bill but could have our meals remade. However, when she returned, she handed us the bill, which inexplicably included two Crown Royals—the drinks of another table. Surprised, we asked the manager to come back, explaining that we weren't going to pay for someone else's drinks and that nothing was adjusted on our bill. She told us to speak to her superior, only to clarify that she was the highest authority present. When we pushed for clarification, she vaguely mentioned speaking with the cook, which was far from satisfactory. Her attitude came across as quite rude. Eventually, the cook came out to discuss the issue, and we discovered that she was actually the owner. She offered to remake our meals, but my mom, who waited patiently, found that they were still dry. We couldn't help but wonder if they were being microwaved. Overall, I have no intention of returning for either dish, nor would I want to deal with the manager’s unprofessionalism and dishonesty. The steak was supposed to be cooked medium, but it certainly wasn’t.
We waited an hour and a half to get our food. Our appetizer took at least a half hour to get then our food was another hour. Our friend ordered a pizza and we ordered a breaded tenderloin to split with fries and 3 cokes....our bill was $65. We should of just got up and walked out but we're not that kind of people. Will we go back.....probably not And that was our first time there. Sad
Been coming here for the past 20 years. Still a great place but the keep moving back the kitchen hours. They have been closing at 9 lately. Serve a limited menu if staff are the issue, but not everyone can eat dinner at 6.
