Applebee's Grill - Pittsburg

We had gone in at 9:15 pm last Friday night. We had a party of 6. We stood at the door waiting to be seated. We was basically ignored..2 more came in and was told that it would be at least 30 min. Before getting seated. Another guy came in and was also ignored. She kept walking by us the told us she wasn't seating us because they was backed up in the kitchen and it was going to be 30 min or more..there was tables available. We discussed it and said we didn't want to wait that long and she told us we could leave..didn't matter to her. Rude..

Wow, the cook was on point tonight! My steak was cooked perfectly, and the broccoli was seasoned very well! The server was very nice and tentive ?

Every time I have been to this Applebees the table has been dirty and sticky. This previous time our waitress was running around chatting with all of her coworkers ignoring customers. The few conversations I had to listen to due to them speaking loudly were very inappropriate and vulgar. They were talking poorly about other customers that had just walked in. And speaking about how one of the other young waitresses may be pregnant. The manager watched all of this and did nothing about it. Overall a terrible experience! I do not plan to waste my money or time here again!

Ruined my dish and when it finally came I just wanted to leave because everyone else was alone eating.
