Even in these unprecedented times, the Chipotle employees are considerate and helpful. The online app is also fantastic.

I ordered takeout from one of my go-to restaurants, which typically provides excellent service. However, I must leave a negative review this time as I believe they may be a bit inconsistent.

I placed an order through the app to speed up my lunch, but when I arrived at the scheduled time, I was told that my order wasn't ready and was asked to wait.
