The service at this chicken stall is impressively quick. I really appreciate the special offers, and the coleslaw is my absolute favorite!

We walked in to two employees eating in the dining rm, we waited several mins before what I assume was the mgr who stomped over took our order. I went to fill my drink told him they was out of Dr. Pepper. He ignored me walked off. So basically I didn't get a drink I payed for No apology, nothing. We waited for our order only to get home to find a chick sandwich which consisted of two chick strips smashed between two smashed rolls. The manager acted as if he was upset because we interrupted his meal. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would.

I get the chicken salad he came with three tenders, not only two! I paid extra for going into my salad... two aren't enough for a salad and I know everything goes up, but $10 for a salad is ridiculous... I never come back to Golden Chick.

In which world is it okay that 4 employees (kids) stand with the return to us when a customer stands at the theke? no respect for customer service. when we turn and run away, they say they have a nice day!
