Today, I visited to redeem some discounts I had (a free sandwich or a free chip/drink). I was able to get the free sandwich, but the older man behind the counter had the audacity to rip up my other discount and not return it to me. Instead, he sold me another discount card for the one he tore up, even though I hadn't redeemed it! He didn’t even apologize for his actions. I'm not sure if I’ll return here.

I visited the restaurant today to use some discounts I had, which included a free sandwich and a free chips/drink. I successfully redeemed the free sandwich, but to my surprise, the older white man at the counter ripped up my other discount without returning it to me. Instead, he sold me another discount card for the one he had torn up, even though I hadn't redeemed it yet! He didn't even apologize for his actions. Given this experience, I'm not sure if I will return.
