Two Brothers Mining Co. - Pittsburg

We've already eaten there and had excellent food. Unfortunately, this visit made us speechless! Meals were very warm! Never had a cold-baked potato, I do not recommend it! The rollers were harder than crumbs! They asked to reheat Mac cheese and HALF was returned the order!! They replaced meat again with much smaller chicken breast!!! It will take a long time before I try to eat there again.

The food is good. Sometimes the service is pretty slow and they don't always come back to see if you need anything. And almost always you have to put the waiter on the check, unless you sit at the bar.

Steak. I sent it back two times. All I wanted was a good-done steak with a baking potato. The patato a Mac n cheese was great, but my steak came for the first time completely red the worst as the medium rarely ordered my grandma. She liked her because it was as she ordered, but my came not back until the 3rd try one to then lose it a lot of taste of cutting it open several times a re-re-cooking it.. I couldn't even get a new steak after I was clogged...

Friend n I split the rib. It was great. Baked potatoes were usually cool and boiled. Salad was good. Our server was very pleasant and enjoyed the evening as a whole!

Went there for lunch today ordered the nachos as an appetizer, they were great then I had chicken fried chicken. The chicken was wsrm but the mashed potatos and gravy was room temperature and the roll was crusty. My daughter had the loaded baked potato. It was the pretty large and had brisket topping, cheese and butter. The brisket was also room temperature and the potato was still raw in the middle and the brisket was very fatty. The only reason they got 2 stars is the waitress was very friendly. There was only five customers that I saw. Hope we don't get food poisoning.
