Beta Bites - Pittsburgh

Not! Order from here at night. there is a lack of customer service, appropriate portioning and energizing how their food is made. I ordered a deluxe pan and they beat a little pesto and 4 garnel on my sandwich and had the nerve to catch a posture with me. there was no hull, tomato, a bevel or a cheese. they don't even peel their heads. this place is terrible.

Avoid this place if you are a GrubHub or Doordash delivery driver. They didn't start preparing the food until I got here, eventhough it took me a while to get here. By the way, Hyderabadi Kitchen and Beta Bites are the same place. You should avoid at all costs.

Their food is delicious but knocked it 1 star for location, nowhere to park, as well as the employee- manager came out to my car to specifically tell me that they can't take special orders. Meaning I can't take onions or mushrooms off a sandwich or burrito no customizations!!! What??? He said I did it this time but moving forward this cannot happen as I have to re-make the whole sandwich? ? I will NEVER be back! Real Restaurants also customize!! So many food allergies today!!

Love this place! I've catered from here twice now for 20-attendee seminar presentations and the food was just perfect.They gave the plates and utensils, kept the food warm, and had things ready on time for reasonable price. The kofta catering and falafel salad catering was a great hit! They put attention to detail in the packaging of the food too.

Best Mediterranean food outside of fine dining in Pittsburgh.
