Beto's Pizza - Pittsburgh

I've been waiting for this for nearly six years! I had Beto's pizza when I was very young, and I still love it. I moved to Hawaii in 2015, and when I returned to visit in 2018, my family and I made sure to go to Beto's for a wonderful experience. I just came home recently for six days and ended up having Beto's three more times. I can't stop raving about it here! Nothing matches that amazing style of pizza. I also missed seeing Jim! By the way, the photo of the pizza is my screen saver!

This type of pizza may seem unusual at first... but once you taste it, you’ll understand how perfectly it comes together. Absolutely delicious!

Who came up with the idea of putting cold cheese on a hot pizza? Beto's did! The pizza is quite filling, and you can choose from a variety of typical toppings. Just a heads-up: don’t wear a white shirt—you might end up with cheese and toppings on it! Oh, and make sure to grab a fork, because you’ll definitely need a bigger plate.

Went in on a Saturday night, the place was pretty busy but the workers were on top of it. We let the pizza melt on the car ride home and we both loved it. Big fan of this place.

This pizza was awesome! I read about Beto’s in the 2024 Pennsylvania Travel Brochure so I wanted to check it out. My family loved it! The comments were especially about the quality of the cheese on top. It was delicious. We also loved what appeared to be handmade crust and the sauce was fabulous. We will return the next time we are in Pittsburgh!!
