Bj's Brewhouse South Hills - Pittsburgh

The waiter was intelligent, polite, helpful, resourceful, and professional. Even though there were others waiting for tables, we were seated promptly, honoring our 6:30 online reservation.

The waitress took 30 minutes to bring a refill, and they were out of nearly everything on the menu. They attributed the situation to staff shortages, but that's unprofessional and shouldn't be my concern as a guest.

I won't be returning. The food was cold and a bit overpriced, making it not a good value at all.

So much of what we ordered was out. The fish and chips were not warm. The french fries were so salty I needed to wipe them off just to eat them. There was a big chunk of something black and crunchy like a piece of charcoal on the hamburger. Our server was wonderful and that is the only reason I gave you a higher rating. We will not go back to this restaurant and we will share our experience with our neighbors.

Danielle was a really good server. Our food was sooo good. And I love pizookie!
