Boston Market - Pittsburgh

What's the point of ordering ahead and whenI show up at the designated time given, they tell me to come back and pick it up because it's not ready? This is the epitome of poor service...

Absolutely terrible....Ordered the Nashville hot crispy chicken sandwich and this is what I received......... rotisserie chicken on bread lmao ... what a joke... I would give a negative star if I could!

I agree with the previous reviewer. This restaurant is an embarrassment and served one of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time. My wife ordered a Cobb salad as a side and they gave her a Caesar with a few pieces of rotten lettuce.

So i dont know whats up with this place. everytime i go there it looks like it is closed when it isnt. chairs are always up on the tables like they cleaned the floor and forgot to put them back on the floor i love their chicken pot pies. alittle too salty but over all pretty good. the only thing i really like is the chicken pot pie. everything else is so so

BM no longer sales ribs just chicken and meatloaf. It was disappointing to see a lot has changed but I'm happy to see that their ability to put a smile on our face remains. Thanks for keeping a sense of humor and good customer service.
