We always stopped every time we were in town, but we will not go back. Something as basic as hours on the chain website needs to be correct.
Ordered take out . Horrible. Cold and not as described. Chicken Caprese dinner. Tiny chunks of mozzarella and no balsamic glaze. Orzo and chicken were COLD , not not warm, COLD. Chicken looked like and tasted like it had been sitting around the kitchen all day. I will never return to this restaurant.
We ordered two Ramano Crusted Chicken Salads it came to $36.00. In the past we have loved these salads and even had enough for leftovers..definitely worth the price then. Now, I just called to complain because returning home it looks like I could have gotten a child size side salad at Eat’n park for half the price and possibly had more! The manager is telling me they have changed the measurements for the salads and I’m just left scratching my head…has inflation gotten THIS bad that we are cutting back on lettuce now?! WOW! 36$ JOKE. They should atleast warn the customers before hand smh SO the manager offered me new salads, but not the chicken that goes with it lol sorry not wasting more gas to drive all the way across town in rush hour for some lettuce! He should have comped us two whole new salads as that would have been the proper customer service tactic. Lost a family of customers here
I have the expectation that restaurant food should be better than I would make myself at home.... it wasn 't. I had fettuccine alfredo. The noodles were dry from sitting out too long. The sauce was not particularly flavorful; perhaps on par with Ragu out of the jar. It was a good sized portion. The atmosphere is very nice and the dining room is relatively quiet because it is carpeted. But the food was saying cafeteria , not restaurant . Service was excellent. Klyan, our waiter, was the bright star of the experience.... not enough so, however, to want to return. Flavorless and bland; not a recipe for success. A poor value.
Nice Bravo restaurant located at the Galleria Mall in Pittsburgh's South Hills. It's never been super busy when I've stopped in but it's always a good overall experience. Quality is what you would expect from a Bravo chain restaurant, essentially good overall. This particular location gives this chain restaurant a slight upscale feel. To summarize, I've consistently had good experiences here so if you're looking for a known food commodity in a nice chill location I would recommend this place.
