Bruegger's Bagels - Pittsburgh

The atmosphere at the restaurant is nice, but I found the service from the cashier to be a bit rude. It was my first time dining there and when I tried to place my order, the cashier ignored me and instead directed me to a woman at the counter who did not speak. I'm not sure if this is a common occurrence or if it was due to the time of day or because of my race. However, the woman making sandwiches was friendly and welcoming. Overall, I did not feel very welcomed and will likely try a different restaurant next time.

The older women who work at this restaurant have consistently displayed extremely rude attitudes every time I have visited. On one occasion, I waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told that they do not accept orders through a mobile app and that I should wait for all the customers behind me to be served before I could place my order. I tried to explain that I had ordered 25 minutes ago and it was unreasonable for me to still be waiting, but the woman making sandwiches became irritated and mumbled under her breath. When I suggested canceling my order, the cashier said it was not possible. I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant in the mornings, as the staff seem overwhelmed and easily frustrated by the number of customers. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone. The manager's response was that they cannot always meet the expectations of their guests. What a joke of a manager!

The customer service at this restaurant is subpar. I have visited various Bruegger's locations in different states and this one is by far the worst. The employees seem disinterested in their work and I am frustrated with my experience. An elderly woman at the register made my morning unpleasant, not once but twice. Every time I place an order, there is some sort of issue. I will not be returning to this establishment.

I recommend that my daughter try out her facility for the time, as she now works in close proximity to this business. She wasn't there when she first reported. she was hit with a cranny that was hit by the chaser over the cutting line and "you can't see all the other people in the line." She turned around and went and will never give them her patronage again. it only needs a worker to put in bad order to lose a customer.

Best begals and service in town! Everything is literally delicious and made in front of your face. Truly impressed!
