I ordered the same Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries that I had before, but this time the sandwich was a little dry and not as coated in Buffalo sauce. Some of the fries were a bit hard, as if they were overcooked or had been sitting out for a while. Despite these issues, the experience wasn't terrible. Our waitress was friendly and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.
We came to this restaurant on a Friday night around 7:40. The place didn't seem too busy, but it took a while for the hostess to seat us because she was also clearing tables. It seemed like everyone was doing multiple tasks. Once we were seated, our waitress took some time to greet us and take our drink orders because she was training someone. We ordered our appetizers and dinner at the same time, as we had her attention early on. The food was average, as expected. It had been a while since we last visited Chili's and we just needed a quick bite before a movie. The coconut drink was delicious, and the wings were good. However, my husband's draft Michelob Ultra was watered down. The fajita steak tasted like processed meat rather than fresh slices. Overall, it was a typical experience that satisfied our hunger.
The food at this restaurant was amazing. The service was quick, friendly, and attentive. I recently began the process of bariatric surgery, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs and provide information on portion sizes and nutritional values. The environment was clean and inviting. The prices were very reasonable considering the quality and portion sizes of the dishes.
Excellent chicken fajitas hot and a Frose Rita sweet, salty and sour!????????
First time bring my grand baby and the girls to lunch. The absolute worst service ever received. Neighboring diners were shocked at the absent mindedness and rudness of our server. We was seated directly in front of where the food is served from, at a hightraffic time. Every request to waitress was met with an attitude, every plate was set in front of a 14 month old in a high chairat end of table. We could not get out of there fast enough. And yes I still tipped. I was appalled, which is pretty much thefirst time I ever said that.... insane, never again. The trip before with just my daughter was amazing so I can't say it ischili's per se.... That trip our server was AMAZING!! Roll of the dice I guess.
