Contribuisci feedbackThis place is great. manager brianna is a great help if you ever need it. the quality of food is perfect, in contrast to other chipotle’s. Remember, however, that this place is very popular, dinner time is more busy than not, so take some time when it went after 17:30 clock, have a long wait, while in there, and some people in the line left, but the waiting time is expected as they are with online orders and short staff. the majority of the employees worked the Togo orders while it worked only two for the volume in load, hopefully they can decrease some of the last of some of the employees and add some more during the high traffic times. there on 10/12/22. he was around 6:03 there and went about 18:34 clock after my eating in the line, only checked in to get the exact time. the long waiting period, over 25 minutes it was still worth it. not the employees owe high demand not enough staff. simply put the times there, so management can get additional help to help with the high was during these times.
This Chipotle was so good for so long, but recently the pick up take out order quality has gone way down. The burritos have been almost half the size of a normal Chipotle burrito. Exasperating that issue on my latest order was that the tortilla was torn, which there was no reason for because of the aforementioned size discrepancy.Definitely hoping the QC here gets back up to snuff since Chipotle locations in the South Hills are so spread.
Food is good staff is friendly, however dont order ahead. You will wait longer than if you waited in the line. 30 minutes after my pickup time i finally got my food.
Pathetic Service… Have to wait for 40 mins in the line to get the order. Only one employee work on the order… rest are busy with doing other stuff. Cleanliness is also not thr.
Food was delicious. Had the chicken burrito. Fair prices. Will be a regular customer. Staff very friendly. A must stop.
