Contribuisci feedbackOrdered group lunch. Every single order was wrong. Not like missing one topping or anything. Whole order was messed up. People who had dietary restrictions got screwed. Whoever does online orders screwed up. Very very disappointing.
I ordered here from DoorDash and waited over 2 hours for them to tell my dasher that they had made my order a long time ago and that it was probably “taken” and they refused to remake it. On top of that they got annoyed that “people keep asking about this order”… they did not communicate it was prepared or ready to be picked up at all so no one knew to go inside to grab it if they really did make the order. Never ordering from here again. Thankfully DoorDash gave me full credits to which I used on Qdoba instead lol. Read prior reviews, seems management and employees just suck recently.
The chicken rice with some extra sauces (unconscious.) that tasted beautiful and enough for a person. it costs about $13. the forbes near pitt. food: 4/5
Ordered by doordash, wanted a fajita veggie bowl with guac, mais salsa, tomaten salsa, sour cream, cheese, brown rice and black bran. no maissalsa, no guave. they had still marked the bowl correctly. If I was just trying to tear and drill, I could do that at home. the half of the ingredients for which they pay is annoying. portion felt swollen and the whole experience in general was simply bad. there were also some spicy salsa and salat in there, almost as they eile and deeds in other keepers ending and it only contaminate cross, due to lack of a better description. dinge like these are why I never go to chipotle anymore.
That is now the third or fourth time that I was greatly disappointed by the employees of this site. I first arrived personally, and after 15 minutes waiting time the staff decided to turn off anyone waiting for another 30 minutes due to mobile orders. this is not the first time that this location in-person order has closed online instead of waiting. Second, when I later set up a mobile order in the night (due to the question earlier,) they turned off the line and refused to let anyone command. while I understand that they had to pick up on mobile ordering, they could not even get it exactly. when I received my mobile job, only half of the bowl was filled, three toppings were missing and only a secret presentation. waiting for an hour to pick up my mobile order, this was very disappointing. they would have informed the customers about the exit of strikes and only handed out incomplete orders. other paints I was here, this experience has happened with missing items or bad/ridiculous portions. my roommate waited for her order for an hour, just because she's wrong, as I often have. this place must be management and his personal find out, because as much as I like with the workers of the service (I am one,) this is unacceptable.
