Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I, my wife, and my mother-in-law visited C.B. for dinner. The place was packed, yet we were still seated quickly. Our waitress, Shel, was great. She was extremely busy, but kept a positive, cheerful attitude and took care of us (and her other tables) in a professional, yet fun manner!The food was really good, too

I was seated at a table at Cracker Barrel, and waited about 12 minutes without being approached or acknowledged by any of the 3 waitresses/waiters that walked by my table. Three couples that were seated after me had their orders taken. There is a lack of customer service at this location!

Stopped in on the way home from the airport. I had the delicious peach cooler my wife had breakfast everything was served hot and surprisingly quickly. Our server Jen was very polite and attentive. The store is always interesting but seeing Halloween and Thanksgiving merchandise in July was surprising.

Very friendly staff and tasty house-style eating to reasonable trips. food: 4/5

A few months ago I would have given them 5 stars. Thank goodness I did not review it then. We have only been to the Robinson. I will try a different location next time. The Robinson location went down hill in the last couple of months. The food was awful. The french toast looked burnt, but the waitress swore it was not. It is just caramelized, the waitress said. Who caramelizes french toast ? Regardless, it looked burnt and guess what ? It tasted burnt. I used to love their breakfast food. None of it has been good. Back to the waitress, we had the same woman the last two times. She was terrible. She took forever to bring our food out, that by the time she did it was all cold. She forgot a few things completely. Dropped glass, shattering it all over the floor. Will not return. I will say this, the store section has the nicest people working over there. I absolutely love them.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves the store section. She also loves the grilled chicken tenders and fries.Parking: There is a huge parking lot around it.
