Deluca's Diner - Pittsburgh

The meal was absolutely delicious. We arrived promptly at 9am on Sunday morning and were seated right away. We ordered the Steel City Breakfast, which was a great deal at $13 and came with a generous amount of food. Everything was cooked perfectly, with a classic home-cooked breakfast taste. The sausage was particularly tasty, and the waffle had a unique funnel cake flavor. The pancakes were massive and satisfying. The waitress was friendly and efficient, hopping between tables with ease. The only downside was that they only accepted cash, but this likely helps them keep their prices low.

I love this small restaurant that is located in the Strip District of Pittsburgh. Well known for their specialty breakfasts.We arrived on a Saturday around 8:30 am and there were plenty of seats, but by 9am the place was jam-packed. Their service was quick, and the food was hot and fantastic. This is one of our regular stops for breakfast when we visit Downtown Pittsburgh. Parking can get a bit challenging, but as long as you don't mind walking a few blocks, you will be fine.I had waffles topped with fresh strawberries and topped off with whip cream on top.

Breakfast was great. The pancakes were light and fluffy and the egs were cooked perfectly and not greasy. Service was outstanding and food was ready really quickly. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love Deluca's Diner! The food is delicious. This visit I had them box up what I didn't eat. As we were walking to our car we passed a homeless woman in a wheelchair. I passed the food I had boxed up to eat later onto her. She was very excited and grateful. It made me feel so good that both of our bellies were full that day. Thank you, DeLuca's!

Walk in at 12.03 ordered burger and fry sit there watch cook fry acouple hundred pieces of bacon to put in storage pans 1/2 hour later puts my burger on grill
