We loved the side wings and vegan cheese steak! There was also a wide selection of drinks and the waitress was really nice and knowledgeable on the vegan options!
Was thrilled to see a separate vegan/vegetarian menu, including side wings that they were prahlten under Top 10 somewhere. I have 10 bite-size dice of dry, gum-like seitan with little taste even less sauce. My husband got the vegan cheese steak, which was ok, a decent size, but the same blah since. The food was also a bit cold, which was really not acceptable as it was not so busy that they have food runners. Fries were good (it would have been better, hot) drinks were delicious!
As a mechanic's daughter, I've never eaten in my father's garage, but don't let you turn away from the ambience. These chefs know what they do! I had the since then “wings” appetizer and the sincean pastrami sandwich. Both came with great sauces. My only problem was that the portions were too big and I quickly filled up. (Beautiful problem. My Daniel had the Aloha burger who had a lens patch, Arugula, and you guessed him, pineapple. He chose not a bun, although a gluten-free was available, and he had vegan Coleslaw instead of fries. Everything was excellent. Well, if you could just find a gluten-free beer!
Don't let the name fool you, this restaurant puts out some tasty vegan dishes!! The BBQ wings are pretty good, but the BBQ sauce was a bit too sweet for my preference. However the Seitan Philly is phenomenal!
