It's advisable to place your order online in advance and then pick it up inside, as the drive-thru often has a long line. Please note that the lobby is only accessible to those picking up mobile orders.

I ordered three drinks, but two of them were incorrect, even though the cups had the right labels. I understand that mistakes can happen, but when I tried to call multiple times to see if I could get the correct drinks the next time I visit, I couldn't reach anyone during their operating hours.

My last few visits were through the drive thru and wrong. they were short on popular donuts and gave me false articles. they fixed me.

As always disappointed dunkin donuts not when it comes to my coffee needs! I'm from ny and I'm really not used to closing business around 9 o'clock, disappointing in this area, but understandable. I can't close them early if there's no sales after hours!

A wrecked parking space and line that forms when they get there in the rush hour. I always had a good hot coffee when I visited the trip thru. food: 5/5
