Five Guys Burgers Fries - Pittsburgh

I asked for a burger and that's what they brought me.

This particular Five Guys location serves half the amount of fries compared to other locations.

I appreciate that the portion sizes are consistent at this restaurant. You always know what to expect.

Excellent customer service and the food was great as always!!

This location is not friendly and has a long wait time. The manager seems to get an attitude whenever a customer has a request. We specifically asked to not overcook the fries and they still continued to do so while also limiting the amount of them in a large size. It's disappointing to pay $9 for a fry and not get the quality of food. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location for better service and quality of food.
