Contribuisci feedbackI was completely shocked when I ordered a wedgie, which turned out to be just four slices of pizza haphazardly put together, resulting in the messiest version of a wedgie I've ever encountered. I understand that a wedgie is supposed to be like a stromboli, baked and then cut into a wedge, but this was far from that. There were random dollops of mayo, and half of the pizza was overcooked while the other half was undercooked and almost looked raw. It was a clear waste of money and totally unpredictable. My partner ordered a hoagie, which didn't come with mayo as requested, and was instead drenched in it. This experience has reminded us why we haven't ordered from Fox in years—never again!
I spent $47 and, an hour later, received a dessert that was unforgettable, but the main course was bland and tough.
The pizza was nearly devoid of sauce and quite dry. I've had better frozen pizza. The steak hoagie was similar—dry with a subpar flavor. I feel like I wasted $23.00.
I was in a rush to get my food as I was delivering. Once I attempted to put an order in (at the store-small 4cut pizza), I asked an employee how long it would take? He responded, ?30min maybe an hour?.. I then asked if he could be a little more specific, not being rude, but I knew I didn?t have that amount of time to wait and I was hungry.. He wasn?t thrilled and left the register agitated stating, ?You?re just gonna have to ask him?.. I?m assuming it was the manager that came over and informed me 15min. The manager was not only POLITE, but he provided me with my food in that time frame. For his response/how he dealt with me, I gave this establishment a high rating?
I was in a hurry to pick up my food for a delivery and decided to order a small four-cut pizza from the store. When I asked an employee how long it would take, he said it could be 30 minutes to an hour. I requested a more specific estimate, not wanting to be rude, but I knew I didn't have that much time to wait and I was quite hungry. He seemed frustrated and left the register, telling me, “You’ll have to ask him.” A manager then came over and kindly informed me that it would take about 15 minutes. He was not only polite but also delivered my food right on time. Because of his excellent customer service, I’m giving this place a high rating.
