Contribuisci feedbackThe staff at this restaurant are friendly, and the hibachi chefs are top-notch. The restaurant is very clean, and the meals are well-prepared. There's always a good balance of quantity and quality, and I rarely leave without some leftovers. I really love this Ichiban!
The service was poor. I ordered sushi, but the server didn't offer any soy sauce or chopsticks. I had to ask for drink refills. Additionally, she included an automatic gratuity on my bill even though it was just my sister and me. When I inquired about this, she simply removed the gratuity without an explanation. While the food was good, the service left much to be desired.
In 2013, I had lunch here with five of my girlfriends. Two of us paid in cash, while three used credit cards. A few weeks later, those who paid with cards noticed fraudulent charges on their accounts—purchases made at stores like Lowe's, Home Depot, and Macy's. We quickly connected these incidents to our lunch at Ichiban. But who was responsible, and how did it happen? After sharing our story, we spoke with someone who lived near the owner and learned he was renovating his house, which explained the charges at home improvement stores. We were shocked and stopped going there immediately. It's also worth noting that this restaurant was closed for failing health inspections in both 2014 and 2019—something you can verify with a quick online search. Today, I talked to someone who bought a $100 gift card for their mother-in-law at Ichiban, only to find that it contained just $50 when she tried to use it. I wasn't surprised to hear about this theft occurring again after ten years. It’s infuriating to know that businesses like this can continue operating. Please, do not support this restaurant. There are many other fantastic dining options in the area.
Absolutely loved the food, the waitress, the hibachi chef and the quickness they got us in our seats. Kids got chicken and steak hibachi with a California roll. I got the chicken and shrimp hibachi. Both were perfect and the steak melted in your mouth! The portions were huge and definitely have to take a to go box which we did.THE ONLY con was a waitress who completely hosted me when I was asking to pay my bill. I asked if she could grab my waitress so I could pay my bill. Her response was a simple No and continued to act like she was busy. I asked her again and again she looked at me and said simply no I asked her about 4 more times thinking it was a joke and she literally said the same thing and walked away. I was FUMING at this point. Talk about a waste of space and air. Had I been a girl I would have had to drag her face across the grill.....Other than the idiot the place is really good... Pricey but definitely worth it
Dirty, a dirt ring was all around the bottom of the grill, seating area, power went out when we were there.
