It’s almost 10pm right now. I placed an order two hours ago, was told delivery would be an hr. I’ve called twice to be put on hold for long periods of time and repeatedly told, “We don’t know his location he’ll call you when he gets there”. Like where tf is my food. I have kids waiting to eat late. This is inconvenient and unprofessional. The food is usually decent but the service today is terrible. Imagine having good food but losing customers because the workers don’t know how to talk to people and resolve issues properly.

I ordered an Italian hoagie. The lady that took my order was so rude. I’ll show it was 30 minutes late. It was cold and slimy. I wouldn’t give my dog or my ex-wife this food to eat.Food: 1/5

Food was absolutely amazing my two kids loved the pizza and wing-dings, I had a Ruben that was out of this world !!! Will visit again when we return to Pittsburgh!!Food: 5/5
