The vegetable tempura was disappointing - the batter was too thick and overpowering. The shrimp tempura roll I ordered was also not great, I could only manage to eat one piece. The salmon, tuna, and avocado roll had chewy fish in the middle. The toro sushi, which was quite expensive at over $13 for 2 pieces, was barely acceptable and tasted unpleasant. The only dishes we enjoyed were the salmon sushi and eel sushi, but our bill still came out to over $100. Our waitress didn't provide good service, so we only left a 15% tip. The lighting in the restaurant was also poor, constantly changing colors and making it difficult to see clearly. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing.
Best sushi experience I’ve had in southside! Sat at the counter during one of my visits and they gave us free sashimi to try and are so kind. Looking forward to returning!
Nasty . Gave me lobster that stunk gave me 5 little pieces of steak for $38
I went 45 minutes before they closed during lunch time and I was the only one there. I just have to say that the lady that served me was the sweetest woman ever. The service was very attentive. I ordered sushi, noodles, and it came with a cute little salad. The food came fast and tasted very fresh, and a worker made the sushi almost right in front of me!Such a cute little place for lunch or dinner and the workers are very kind. Highly recommend!!!
The sushi rolls here were fine, just very pricey for the portion size.
