Pelegrino's Pizza Pasta - Pittsburgh

My sister ordered pizza and salad to go, and it was my first time trying the food. The pizza was fantastic, not greasy like most pizza places. I believe the salad dressing was homemade, and it was delicious. My sister mentioned that the staff is always friendly. I will definitely be coming back next time I'm in the mood for pizza. The new location is a bonus! Keep up the good work. ????

This restaurant is really great! We didn't experience the atmosphere since we ordered delivery, specifically a chicken bacon ranch pizza. It's probably one of the best CBR pizzas I've ever had, and I've had quite a few. The pizza had large chunks of tomatoes on it, which I usually don't like, but this was absolutely delicious. The delivery driver was friendly, cool, and chatty.

I ordered a large pizza and six wings for under $20, and it was the best tasting pizza I've ever had in Pittsburgh. If you're in the Pittsburgh area, you must try their pizza - it's so delicious!

Finally, a SATISFACTORY PIZZERIA in Pittsburgh! It?s very difficult to find pizza in this town, they?re either too greasy, horrible cheese and tomato sauce, or factory made dough or those terrible franchises. It?s not quite the Italian pizza butthey embrace the original Neopolitan spirit of the pizza, i.e. put in as much topping as you like!!! Choose any of their pizzaand then modify it. My recommendation: thin crust, pesto sauce, meat lovers with extra meatballs, anchovies, mushrooms, onionsand fresh mozzarella (no other cheese). Add in crispy chicken wings, plain so you can use you own dipping sauce. Also a Greeksalad. I am not convinced on their pastas, they?re all tomato-base and not sure if pasta is store-made. Hence, the fourstars. They have an open-view kitchen, with a nicely kept dining area (though it was closed when I visited last).

This was my first time ordering here. The pizza was delicious, and the service was fast and friendly!
