Penn Station East Coast Subs

The owner of this restaurant location really needs to evaluate the staff! The female employees are extremely rude, to say the least. The DoorDash delivery person was polite, but received poor treatment. When it was my turn, the employee was angry that she couldn't hear me over the food warmer and snapped at me as if it were my fault. I will definitely be going to the Monroeville location in the future. My advice to the owner of the Penn Station in Shadyside is to review your staff, as I'm sure I'm not the only one who will be choosing to spend my money elsewhere.

I recently ordered food from DoorDash with my friends and we were all very disappointed with our meals. The main issue was that I paid five dollars for a tiny 3-inch sub that was missing most of the ingredients, leaving me with just lettuce and avocado on a small piece of bread. Additionally, 3 out of 4 of my friends received subs that were made incorrectly, with wrong meats and sauces. Only one person had a satisfactory experience with their turkey and provolone sub. Overall, we were unhappy with our orders and will not be returning to this restaurant.

This is the sandwich you want. Incredibly satisfying and delicious. I had a steak sandwich with fried mushrooms onions and banana peppers. Ton of greasy meat and cheese in the best way. Family had a few others but what stuck out was the turkey bacon. Wish I lived closer to close my arteries faster. 10/10

Pretty good cheese steak hoagie. Hand cut French fries are good as well. All and all good food.
