Real Luck Café (lucky's - Pittsburgh

I recommend only ordering drinks in cans or bottles. I ordered a gin and soda, but I found black specks of mold and a long hair at the bottom. Despite that, I went ahead and drank it, but now I'm not feeling well. Other than that incident, I had a good time at the place.

I hate to write this because I’ve enjoyed luckys so much in the past. However, I went to this bar with my friends to celebrate our graduation. The very first drinks I asked for after walking in was a Long Island and a gin and tonic. I asked for both (because my two friends didn’t have cash) and the bartender at the bottom bar said okay. Then just moments after I ordered my friend asked me (because I was the one with cash) to get him a Long Island. I asked for the drink after she gave me one Long Island and then she proceeded to yell at me “how dare you ask me for another, I will not make that. You should’ve asked me the first time”. Directly after this interaction she went to another one of my friends and asked what they wanted. They said they wanted a white claw to which she then proceeded to say “No. We don’t have anymore, I’m not giving you that.” And then what did she do? She went to someone else down the line of the bar and got them a white claw. I was truly appalled. Is that not your job, to make your customers drinks? Do you not expect it to be busy on a Saturday night? How are you going to lie to a customer just because you don’t want to do your job? I got ONE of my drinks and then she scolded me for asking for another while I STILL hadn’t even paid. And it’s not like I waited for her to give me all my drinks before I asked for the second Long Island, keep in mind I still hadn’t received my G&T. This is one of the only gay bars downtown, so it’s sad to see that the very first person you interact with when you walk in treat customers with such disrespect. I will NEVER be coming back to this bar again. The fact that you fully and completely disrespect your customers while they are trying to enjoy their night is honestly disgraceful. I cannot believe that you even allow someone of such negative energy and attitude to even be employed at your establishment. If you don’t want to work as a bartender at a busy bar and cannot handle the pressure of being busy on a SATURDAY night then you should find another job. I hate to have to write this about a bar that I loved, but it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had going to any bar in downtown Pittsburgh.

This bar is by far one of my favorites always a good time and friendly people highly recommend

Amazing vibe, drinks, and dance floor! The best part is how friendly everyone is at this bar and the dancers are great, especially Tyler!
