I used to love coming to this location but for the past few months the drinks have been bad. They don’t taste the way they should

I've been to multiple Starbucks and this is one of if not the worst. The main problem is the coffee. This is the closest coffee shop to me so I've been to this location multiple times. The coffee is ALWAYS burnt or extremely bitter. The coffee also tastes old/stale and I never feel good after having it. Definitely wouldn't recommend

This is a very busy Starbucks. The store is on the small side. The staff are not that fast. I ordered a venti latte. the drink was great, But it took a lot longer than other Starbucks. The Baristas where very slow.???? There where about 6-7 workers and I do not think that they where working efficiently. The drive thru seemed to take presidents over walk in and order ahead orders.?? I do not think I would go back again unless I was desperately in the need of a caffeine fix.

Went there tonight to get my mom a medicine ball AKA Honey Citrus Mint Tea (have ordered it both way in the past) and they had no clue what I was talking about. The person asked another person in the back and they still had no clue when it 's literally on the app. Night staff needs to learn the menu.
