Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant is overpriced, and the staff is quite unfriendly. The hot chocolate was not to my liking at all. When I mentioned that it tasted terrible, they implied that I lacked the sophistication to appreciate it. I received a response from someone claiming to be the owner, but there was no acknowledgment of the hot chocolate issue. Instead, he directed me to a website for further feedback. They really treat their customers poorly and seem to think it's acceptable to send them off with homework.
I noticed a short, slim woman with blonde hair in a bun preparing drinks while laughing and conversing with her coworkers. She filled my drink, which was supposed to have blackberries, with two-thirds of a cup of ice but left out the fruit as instructed. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to address it, but as a former Starbucks employee, I know this isn’t how we were trained to do things.
The atmosphere here is always very friendly. It's a good idea to order ahead to avoid the lines.
The staff here is always pleasant. Have ordered here a few times and have never had any problems :
Drink was okay at best. Got a Frappuccino and it was the wrong size and kinda watery. Didn't feel like waiting for another one. Probably won't be back to this one for a while.
