So happy to have an Ethiopian restaurant in pittsburgh. I have meat and vegetarian rehearsals. both came with a lot of food and were delicious. I thought the injera was especially good. super nice people who run the load. I ordered to go, but thought the atmosphere was sweet, would come back in any case and sit down for a meal in the future with friends.
It breaks my heart to give less than 5 stars because I went for the first time, it was pretty good, and the staff was very friendly. the last couple of paints, but it seemed as if the portions have shrunk (they were small to begin), and eating is bland / tastes as it was held over and reheated. the injera was good the first time, a year or so before, but recently it was also slandered. the new server are quite surly and cannot really be disturbed, it seems. I grew up in every restaurant absolutely loving Ethiopian cuisine and culture and environment. I sincerely hope that the dings turn around as I miss a good place to go!
The personal coughed over eating, no masks. the food..mediocre over cooked lamb, which was chewing. the rice was very clear that minute rice. menus were paper and had food and oil stains on them. the appetizers were dry and the glasses had baked on them. very disappointed.
The restaurant ambience is nice but the portions were rather small compared to the price and the food was bland. The service was friendly but unfortunately I cannot recommend this restaurant
