Pizza Hut - Pittsfield

Well we arrived after 11:00 there was no buffet they hadn't had it ready yet was there for 35 minutes still no buffet charged us $17 for two salads and a drink and we had to leave because it was no food not very happy with Pittsfield Pizza Hut do not recommend it

Nice, small town Pizza Hut. Service was exceptional. We were there late in the lunch hour, so we waited a bit for our buffet pizza choices and breadsticks from time to time. That’s on us!Kid-friendliness: Grandfather and two grandsons were having a blast at a nearby table. Buffet and beverage options are great for kids.

They are fast and work hard to get what you need. Very nice people!

I ordered two medium pizzas from this location, because the small is no longer an option. However they obviously still use the small pizza toppings ring on the medium to rip off customers. Here’s two pictures where you can blatantly see they used a small size ring so they could short on cheese and toppings. Unbelievable how they rip off everyone in this small community. The owner should be ashamed!! Took it back and asked for a refund. Will never come here again. This place is stealing from customers! If you want pizza Gianni’s or Casey’s are much better options!

My pizza was cooked exactly how I requested and on time. Very friendly service.
