Jembetat - Pittsford

My friend and I spent a nice day walking and shopping around the Pittsford canal. It was my first time walking into this shop. It was kind of dark and the smell of the place was not pleasant. It was bustling and busy outside of this shop/gallery but there was no one else in the store. We take a look around at the jewelry and art in the shop…no employee/owner to be seen. We walk further into the store (towards the back) and all of a sudden we hear someone speaking to us but I turned around and saw no one. My friend and I walk closer to one counter in the corner and there was a grown man laying down on a small couch! He was on his phone and didn’t bother getting up either. Just a casual “let me know if you wanna see anything” while laying on this couch, legs sprawled everywhere…. Can we have some higher standards here? Paying Pittsford taxes and I felt second hand embarrassment from this shopping experience…. This felt so careless and outdated. Bring in better businesses!

Best gelato in Rochester, NY. Highly recommend going. Very cool place that is in a prime location.

Super cool ethnic stuff you can't find anywhere else. Beautiful location and just the right feel of specialty shop for the types of clientele that frequent this area. The original one downtown is still there and the product selection between the two is similar. Much original artwork pieces and jewelry.

Best ice cream shop!!!! I’m surprised they don’t have more reviews. This is the Best gelato in Rochester! Great flavors. Crème brûlée is the best! But we also love strawberry, blackberry, lime, pineapple, mango, espresso and pistachio. Afogatto is pretty delicious too. Very good service.

We bought the only “masculine” ring in the gallery! Communicative seller and knows a guy who can resize anything! The Gelato is incredible as well!
