Mcdonald's - Placentia

I?m only giving a 5 star because of Melissa working the the drive thru, she is was supper nice unlike other people. Best service I have experienced in all my years of going to a McDonalds. ????????

I stopped by to pick up a quick breakfast for my daughter and a coffee on November 20th at 10:30 AM. Since I ordered online, my pick-up was quick and I didn't have to wait in line. However, I noticed a lot of people in the lobby waiting for their food and to place their orders. The way some customers were treating the McDonald's employees was really distressing. During the 20 minutes I sat at my table, I witnessed nothing but complaints and angry outbursts directed at the staff. One employee named Michelle seemed to bear the brunt of it as she was at the register. She handled the situation remarkably well, managing to diffuse tensions and greet the next customer with a smile, no matter how challenging things got. She truly exemplifies why she deserves the recent minimum wage increase. Before I left, I made sure to thank her for her hard work and wished her a wonderful day.

We absolutely love this McDonald's! My son and I visit almost every day for breakfast and always dine in. The staff here work incredibly hard, even though this location is extremely busy. Despite the high volume of customers, they consistently manage to get our orders correct. Whether I place a mobile order, pick up inside, use the drive-thru, or curbside service, they always fulfill our custom requests accurately. If there’s ever a mistake, they fix it without hesitation. Each morning, the cleaning crew is busy mopping and tidying up both inside and outside the restaurant. There's always a manager present, contributing to the hustle as well. Also, their play place is open from 11 AM to 8 PM (though it may close earlier). Huge thanks to everyone for your hard work, which often goes unrecognized!

Placed a mobile order for an iced coffee and waited in curbside pickup spot. 20 minutes later nothing is brought out. People are being served that came in much later after me. Walk in to check on order and the coffee is just sitting there the whole time.Definitely disorganized location and won't be coming back again. Stay away if you can.
